Make the Champagne simple syrup: Combine equal parts champagne and sugar simmer on stove until sugar is dissolved.

Add Thornbush, lemon juice & syrup to shaker. Then set aside.

In a rocks glass, coat the inside using 1/2 of Absinthe brush with rosemary sprig then torch it. (Baptize by fire Rosemary and Absinthe in rocks glass.)

Add ice to shaker, hard shake and strain into flaming rocks glass. Add ice, garnish with torched rosemary sprig and dehydrated Lemon wheel.
