- 0.75 oz Aperol
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Amaro Nonino
Steps:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. No need for muddling or stirring—just the spirits and fresh lemon juice.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 10-15 seconds until the cocktail is chilled.
- Strain into a coupe or a Nick & Nora glass (a stemmed glass works best for this drink).
