Ingredients:
- 2 oz Thornbush Blackberry Bourbon Whiskey
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Champagn Simple Syrup
- Garnish Rosemary Sprig, Dehydrated Lemon Wheel
Steps:
- Make the Champagne simple syrup: Combine equal parts champagne and sugar simmer on stove until sugar is dissolved.
- Add Thornbush, lemon juice & syrup to shaker. Then set aside.
- In a rocks glass, coat the inside using 1/2 of Absinthe brush with rosemary sprig then torch it. (Baptize by fire Rosemary and Absinthe in rocks glass.)
- Add ice to shaker, hard shake and strain into flaming rocks glass. Add ice, garnish with torched rosemary sprig and dehydrated Lemon wheel.
