Ingredients:

01. 2 oz Thornbush Prickly Pear Whiskey
02. 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
03. 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
04. Soda Water to Top
05. Garnish Lime

Steps

Add 2 oz Thornbush Prickly Pear Whiskey, 1 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.5 oz simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 10-15 seconds until the cocktail is chilled.

Strain into a glass over fresh ice and top with soda water.
