Ingredients:

01. 2 oz Thornbush Prickly Pear Whiskey
03. 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
04. 2 Dashes of Bitters
05. Garnish Orange Wheel

Steps

Add 2 oz Thornbush Prickly Pear Whiskey, 0.5 oz simple syrup, and 2 dashes of bitters to a mixing glass.

Add ice and stir steadily for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled — no shaking on this one.

Strain over a large ice cube into a rocks glass.

Garnish with an orange wheel. Let the prickly pear do the heavy lifting.
